Heacock is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Georgetown University Law Center, and is a member of the Virginia State Bar as well as the DC Bar. He is a frequent lecturer on matters of real estate law and is a licensed and/or approved title insurance instructor in Virginia and Maryland. He previously served as Virginia state counsel, DC Metro counsel and Metro commercial closing manager for another major national title insurance company.
According to Regional Vice President Robert G. Bannon, Heacock will round out the Mid-Atlantic executive staff by providing commercial title insurance services as well as advice and counsel to the company's agents and regional offices.
