Patricia L'Heureux has been promoted to vice president-facilities management

L'Heureux has worked for First American since 1979, when she began as a paralegal working in the company's San Diego office. In 1980, she transferred to the national headquarters in Santa Ana, California, to become claims administrator for the company. L'Heureux was promoted to assistant vice president-claims administration in 1986, and to vice president-claims administration in 1992, a position she held until this latest promotion.
L'Heureux received her bachelor's degree in liberal arts from the University of Arizona in Tucson and her master of business administration degree from California State University, Fullerton.
L'Heureux and her husband Ron reside in Orange, California, and are expecting their first child in June.
