James Stipanovich named regional vice president for First American Title Insurance Company in Ohio

Stipanovich, a 27-year veteran of the title industry, started with Midland Title in 1970 as a title examiner, working his way through numerous senior-level positions within the company. Stipanovich was serving both as senior vice president-operations manager and as Southern Ohio sales manager when First American purchased Midland Title in 1986. Stipanovich continued with the company and was named executive vice president-corporate operations in 1990. Four years later, Stipanovich was appointed president of Midland Title, and most recently, to the additional position of CEO. Stipanovich has also served as vice president of First American Title Insurance Company since 1989, a position he held within the company until his most recent promotion.
Stipanovich is a member of the American Land Title Association, and has served as president of both the Ohio Land Title and Lorain County Title associations. A native of Ohio, Stipanovich lives in Strongsville with his wife, Linda.
