Oddo joined First American Title Insurance Company in 1980 as a title searcher in the Orange County branch. Since then he has served as associate counsel in national staff; as regional counsel, first in Riverside and then in San Francisco; as assistant county manager in Redwood City; and as vice president-county manager in Santa Cruz. The position he held until this promotion was vice president-county manager in San Diego.
Oddo received his bachelor's degree in psychology from Ogelthorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia, and his juris doctor from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California. He is currently a member of the American and California State Bar Associations, and has also been a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the San Mateo County Bar Association, and the Elks and Rotary. Oddo lives in Roseville with his wife, Peggy, and their three daughters.
