Norden started with First American in 1978 as a state manager in Massachusetts. Eleven years later he was named regional vice president, his current position. He began his title career as a searcher for a New York title insurance company in 1969. From 1971, Norden worked for several title companies in the Boston area, serving in such capacities as assistant to the president, manager and state manager.
Norden holds a bachelor of arts in political science from Southhampton College, and a master of business administration from Suffolk University. He is a past president of the New England Land Title Association, and currently serves as vice president of the Massachusetts Land Title Association. In addition, Norden is a member of the Southboro Zoning Board of Appeals, the American Land Title Association and the board of directors of the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association. Norden has been a guest lecturer for Burger King University. A native of New York, Norden lives in Southboro with his wife, Rhonda, and their two children.
