Sullivan has worked for First American Title in the corporate headquarters since joining the company in 1992 as vice president-claims counsel. He was promoted in 1994 to national claims counsel and head of the legal/claims department. Previously, he had worked in private practice for 18 years. Sullivan received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a juris doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
Stout joined First American two years ago as associate corporate counsel, bringing several years of experience in private practice specializing in corporate and real estate law. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine, and earned her juris doctor in 1989 from the University of Southern California Law Center.
