Home Title, which was founded in Shelton, Washington, in 1973, has been renamed First American Title Insurance Company. The new acquisition will serve the Mason County cities and towns of Shelton, Belfair, Union and Hoodsport. Lonnie Holt will serve as vice president and branch manager. Holt, who has 34 years of title industry experience, had served as president and branch manager for First American Title Insurance Company in Olympia, Washington, since 1985.
"This is a small county with a population of 45,000," said Holt. "First American will make an impact and add to the success of the state of Washington."
