Mike Hennessee named assistant vice president-Shelby County manager for First ...

December 16, 1998, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA

First American Title Insurance Company, one of the nation's largest title insurers, announced today that Mike Hennessee has been named assistant vice president-Shelby County manager for the company's Memphis, Tenn., office. Hennessee will be responsible for business development and title operations in Shelby County, and agency operations in West Tennessee.

Hennessee started with First American as an agency representative for Kentucky and Tennessee in 1990. He served as the Kentucky representative for five years, and as Tennessee representative until mid-1998, when he was named to his most recent position of state agency manager.

Hennessee holds a bachelor of arts degree in business management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He currently serves as president and board member of the Tennessee Land Title Association, where he has also served as president elect and membership chair. A native of Tennessee, Hennessee will be relocating from Ooltewah to Memphis with his wife, Kim, and their two daughters.
