Phil Kirsch named vice president–Ventura County manager for First American Title Insurance Company

Kirsch has 24 years of experience in the title industry, having started as a title searcher with Title Insurance & Trust, in Los Angeles, in 1974. For the next five years, he served in other title positions with the company until being hired as a sales representative for Lincoln Title, in Glendale. In 1983, Kirsch was hired by the San Fernando Valley office of First American where he served for nine years as a sales representative, until his promotion in 1992 to senior vice president-regional sales manager, his most recent position.
Kirsch holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology, and has attended the University of South Florida and the University of Kentucky. In addition, he is a current member of the San Fernando Valley Association of Realtors, the Encino Chamber of Commerce and the Escrow Association.
Born in Indiana, Kirsch currently resides in Valencia, California, with his wife, Erika.
Robert Graham Noe, who worked for First American for 27 years, was hired in 1971 as an attorney for the Orange County, California, office, where he remained for six years until being named president of First American Title Company of San Francisco and vice president–Northern California regional counsel for Ventura County. In 1980, Noe was appointed vice president–regional counsel, a position he served concurrently with the position of corporate counsel for First Exchange Corporation.
Noe holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of Southern California and a juris doctor from California Western University School of Law. Noe has been involved with a number of professional organizations over the span of his career, including the Ventura County Bar Association, where he served as chairman of the Real Property Section; president of the Ventura County Bar Association; and co-chair of the Commercial-Industrial Subsection for the State Bar of California Real Property Section. In addition, Noe is a nationally recognized lecturer on I.R.C. Section 1031 Exchanges, and has also lectured on real estate at Pepperdine University School of Law and at the University of California at Berkeley.
Noe lives in Ojai with his wife, Suzi, and their two children.
