Ted M. Moore named regional vice president of Lenders Advantage

Moore has more than 25 years of experience in the title industry. He joined First American in 1986 as assistant vice president-chief title officer. In 1995, Moore was named vice president-Orange County manager. In March 1998, Moore was named regional vice president-Orange County manager, his most recent position. Prior to First American, Moore served in various senior-level positions with other national title companies.
Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oregon. He is currently a board member for Home-Aid Orange County as well as on the board of directors for Community Service Programs. In addition, he is a member of the Santa Ana Rotary Club and the Coto De Caza Country Club.
A native of Oregon, Moore lives in Santa Ana with his wife Judith. The couple has three grown children.
Buster started with First American 19 years ago as a law clerk at the Santa Ana office. In 1980, he was named assistant counsel, and, two years later, regional counsel. In 1986, he was named regional counsel–manager of title operations, a position he held until 1997 when he accepted the position of vice president-county manager for Riverside.
Buster holds a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Southern California and a doctor of jurisprudence from Pepperdine Law School. Buster has been a member of several organizations including the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Santa Ana Business Association and the Economic Development Corporation. An Illinois native, Buster and his wife, Margie, live in Yorba Linda with their four children.
First American Lenders Advantage was organized to provide a central point of contact for residential title order placement, tracking, production and billing. Lenders Advantage primarily services the home equity and refinance processing centers of regional and national mortgage lenders.
