Reeves started with First American in 1972 as a title searcher for the Riverside, Calif., office, where he eventually served as production supervisor, title officer and chief title officer. In 1985, Reeves transferred to the company's Santa Ana office as assistant senior underwriter for corporate. Three years later, he was promoted to senior underwriter for national accounts and then to vice president-director of national accounts in 1998, his most recent position.
Reeves is a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and of the Victoria Country Club. He is also a past member of the California Land Title Association, where he served on the Forms and Practices Committee.
Reeves was born in Wisconsin and has lived in California for the past 47 years, where he attended Riverside City College. He and his wife, Victoria, live in the city of Riverside.
