Gary Gadeke Named California Regional Vice President for First American Title Insurance Company


June 21, 2000, SANTA ANA, Calif.

First American Title Insurance Company, one of the nation's largest title insurers, today announced that it has named Gary Gadeke as a regional vice president in California. Working out of the Kern County office, Gadeke is responsible for overseeing offices in Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Tulare, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties.

Gadeke, who has 27 years of title industry experience, started with First American's San Diego office in 1973 as a title searcher. Three years later, he transferred to the company's Bakersfield, Calif., office to accept his most recent position of Kern County manager. Prior to joining First American, Gadeke served as a first lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force.

Gadeke holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing from San Diego State University. Born in Seward, Neb., Gadeke, who has lived in California for the past 45 years, resides in Bakersfield with his wife, Nanette. The couple has four grown children.
