First American and US Search Host Conference Call To Discuss Pending Merger

(NasdaqNM: SRCH) and The First American Corporation (NYSE: FAF) announced jointly today that the companies will hold a conference call to discuss the definitive merger agreement to combine the operations of US Search with First American’s background screening information businesses.
