First American Residential Group Adds J. Michael Lancaster and Alan S. Greber to Management Team

First American Residential Group, Inc., a member of The First American Corporation (NYSE: FAF) family of companies, today announced the addition of J. Michael Lancaster, executive vice president of sales, and Alan S. Greber, senior vice president, to the company’s management team.
Lancaster will work in close collaboration with First American Title Insurance Company and other groups within the First American family of companies to bring First American’s wide array of products, services and technology to regional and national real estate brokerages and franchisors. He brings more than 20 years of real estate-industry experience to his new position, including 15 with Coldwell Banker where he was responsible for directing operations, sales, service and administration for all U.S. franchise operations. Lancaster then went on to serve as chief operating officer for a real estate service company that launched the industry’s first Internet-based back-end transaction and vendor management platform. In 2001, Lancaster joined First American as chief operating officer for Vendor Management Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of First American that provides real estate transaction solutions and full service vendor management to the lender market.
A 20-year veteran of the real estate franchising industry, Greber specializes in joint ventures and settlement-related product and service opportunities for the real estate brokerage community. Prior to joining First American, he was founder and president of Security First Title Affiliates, Inc., which successfully operated as a title agent specializing in affiliated business arrangements. Under Greber’s leadership, the company became one of the largest joint venture title providers in the nation with more than 50 offices in four states and more than 1,000 RealtorTM partners. Greber joined First American in 2000 and was named vice president of the company’s largest subsidiary, First American Title Insurance Company. A year later, Security First became part of the First American family of companies.
