UNITED GENERAL TITLE APPOINTS DOUG FRATE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

United General Title Insurance Company, a subsidiary of First American Title Insurance Company, today announced that Doug Frate has been appointed senior vice president and chief information officer.
With more than 11 years of experience working in information technology in the title industry, including his most recent position as vice president of information technology for another large national title insurance company, Frate will be responsible for the company’s technological growth and expansion. He will not only oversee the company’s information technology department, but also will direct the overall vision and focus for expanding United General’s technological capabilities.
