—National Seminar Series Will Provide Information on Trends and Critical Tools Needed to Succeed in Today’s Residential Real Estate Industry—

Hosted and sponsored by First American in key real estate markets throughout the country, the RE ALERTS tour begins in San Bernardino, Calif., on Aug. 10, 2006, and will feature Ralph Roberts, the “Best-Selling REALTOR® in America” according to Time magazine; Stefan Swanepoel, a national real estate trends expert, leading author and chairman and chief executive officer of RealtyU; and Bill Shue, chief operating officer of RealtyU and president of real estate training site Topics of discussion will include the top trends currently shaping and impacting the residential real estate industry, increasing profits in a challenging market and maximizing success potential.  A panel of top-producing brokers and agents will also present their success stories, as well as different strategies on how to survive and succeed in changing market conditions. First American Title Insurance Company’s San Bernardino County manager Dan Williams and sales manager Cornell Beans will provide opening and closing remarks at the event.
