First American MLS Solutions Signs Six New Accounts

— More Than 50 Percent of MLXchange Users Now Using MLX Professional —

First American MLS Solutions (FAMLS), a division of First American Residential Group and a member of The First American Corporation (NYSE: FAF) family of companies, today announced that six organizations have chosen First American’s MLXchange product as their new multiple listing service (MLS) system.

The new customers have a combined membership of more than 35,000 Realtors® and include the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service Inc., the Sarasota Association of REALTORS® (Florida), the Metro Area Board of REALTORS® (Arkansas), the Rogers Board of REALTORS® (Arkansas), the Central Louisiana Board of REALTORS® and the Regional Multiple Listing Service Inc. (Florida).

Serving more than 16,000 real estate professionals in the Palm Beach,Fla., area, the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) used MLXchange alongside its previous MLS for more than a year before making MLXchange its primary system.

“Running MLXchange in parallel gave us time to properly evaluate the system, and it eventually made the transition much easier for our members,” said Patty Connor, chief executive officer of RMLS. “Our conversion was very challenging due in part to the number of vendors with which we partner.  We’re very pleased with our decision and have been able to move forward with full confidence.”

Four of the six new accounts, including RMLS, have also chosen to implement MLX Professional, First American’s customer relationship management and Agent Web Site solution.  With these recent additions, more than half of MLXchange’s 220,000 users now have access to the enhanced customer relationship management (CRM) tools that MLX Professional provides.

MLXchange 3.0 is scheduled for release in early 2007 and will include dozens of new enhancements, including several premium features specifically for MLX Professional customers.
