First American Title Appoints Three Executives to New Lenders Advantage® Sales Team
—Strategic Account Directors Provide Customized Title, Signing and Settlement Solutions to National Lenders—

First American Title Insurance Company announced today that Merri J. Altadonna, Katie Jaime and Marcus Vallejos have been appointed senior vice presidents and strategic account directors for the company’s Lenders Advantage division.
In their new roles, the team members will be responsible for expanding the existing partnerships with national lenders, in addition to providing solutions for the company’s new lender clients. Focusing on each lender’s technology and processes, the team can better align First American’s solutions to meet the lenders’ unique objectives.

Merri J. Altadonna comes to First American after serving as a sales manager and national lender manager for another large national title insurer. With more than eight years of experience in the national and regional sales arena, Altadonna is focused on finding solutions for clients and providing superior customer service. An affiliate of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors since 2002, Altadonna also was involved with the Women’s Council of Realtors from 2003 to 2005.
Katie Jaime is a sales veteran with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful account relationships. She comes to her new position following four years as vice president and strategic account director for the Client Relations group of First American’s parent company, The First American Corporation. After three years in the banking industry, she joined First American in 1996 and went on to serve as an account manager with First American CREDCO and a national accounts senior manager with First American Real Estate Services. Her professional affiliations include past membership in the Mortgage Bankers Association and the California Mortgage Bankers Association.
Marcus Vallejos, who has been with First American since 1994, has held a number of management positions with the company’s Orange County branch and National Lenders Advantage division. He has extensive experience in all aspects of title and escrow operations, and has successfully implemented numerous service solutions for top lenders over the years. In his most recent role, he managed the Signature Services division, the Customer Advocate team, and the Websigning platform.
