November 30, 2009, SANTA ANA, Calif.

First American National Default Title Services, a division of First American Title Insurance Company, announced today that David Tiberio has been named client relations and business development manager for the company’s recently launched National Residential Rental Services Division (NRRS). He will report to Tim Bolger, head of NRRS, and joins the existing senior management team of Valerie Clark, director of operations, and Robert Little, director of finance.

Tiberio joined First American in 2006 as a default and REO specialist with the company’s appraisal division and has held various sales positions within the default services area. Prior to joining First American, Tiberio was vice president and REO manager for Bank of America. He has been an active participant and moderator for REO sessions at numerous default industry conferences.

Tiberio earned a bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in finance from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, N.Y. He resides in upstate New York with his wife and two teenage daughters. Tiberio can be reached at dtiberio@firstam.com or (585) 377-5794.
