Ashley Tice-David

Underwriting expertise in New Jersey.

I began my career with First American Title Insurance Company in 2014 as a claims counsel. In October 2017, I joined the National Commercial Services Division as an underwriting counsel in the Princeton, NJ office.

Prior to joining First American, I worked in the in-house litigation group of a major title insurance underwriter defending the company in respect to coverage claims and its insureds in title disputes.

I earned my J.D. from Rutgers Law School and obtained my B.A. in English from Rutgers University. After graduating from law school, I clerked for the Honorable Peter A. Buchsbaum, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hunterdon County.  

I am a New Jersey native and enjoy spending time with my husband, two daughters and boxer, Greta. I am an avid equestrian and also enjoy skiing in the winter months.
