Eric Noonan serves as commercial sales representative for the Baltimore/DC office of First American Title National Commercial Services. Before joining First American, Eric spent nearly seven years working in commercial real estate brokerage with Hyatt Commercial out of Annapolis, MD. 

Through his experience at Hyatt, Eric has become extremely knowledgeable in CRE transactions as well as the local industry. During his tenure with Hyatt, he completed transactions in multiple different categories, such as retail, office, land & industrial properties.

Eric is an alumnus of Towson University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. While he attended Towson, he was captain of the Towson rugby team and now sits on the Alumni Association Board.  Born and raised on Long Island, NY, Eric now calls Baltimore City home, where he lives with his wife Tarah and newborn son William.
