With over 25 years of legal and title industry experience, Trish is a valuable resource and a wealth of title industry information providing high-level underwriting assistance on both commercial and residential transactions and coordinating underwriting operations within New York.

Trish has served as New York State Underwriting Counsel and has an excellent reputation for using her expertise and knowledge to provide underwriting guidance and assistance to our valued agents. She has participated extensively as a lecturer on title insurance and real estate topics for continuing legal education programs and continuing education programs for purposes of agent licensing. Prior to joining First American Title, Trish served as Counsel for a full service residential and commercial title insurance company in New York and as Chief Counsel for a title company who provided statewide and national comprehensive title and settlement services. 

Trish received a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Fordham University and her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. She is a member of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
