Annelle is a knowledgeable real estate attorney who is valued for her expertise in land development, easement development, and commercial financing, as well as all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. She provides highly responsive underwriting guidance and assistance to our valued agents throughout Massachusetts.

Prior to joining the Massachusetts Underwriting team, Annelle was a practicing attorney for over 20 years and specialized in real estate transactions, family law, and bankruptcy. Her background also includes reviewing titles, completing title searches for residential transactions, and providing real estate professionals with educational programs covering the changes to and implementation of mortgage laws.

Annelle graduated from Saint Anslem College with a Bachelor of Arts in history and received her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Worcester Bar Association, Real Estate Bar Association and former co-chair of the Woman’s Networking Group of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.
