Amanda Krenson

A knowledgeable and customer-focused attorney with over 11 years of legal and title experience, Amanda provides highly responsive underwriting guidance and support to agents and their customers throughout Indiana. She works closely with sales representatives to strengthen agency relationships and is dedicated to using her expertise, knowledge, and problem-solving ability to resolve title or underwriting issues presented by our valued customers.

Before joining First American Title, Amanda focused her law practice in litigating mortgage foreclosure and title matters on behalf of major banks and loan servicers throughout Indiana. Her background includes working in homeowners and condominium owners association law where she advised boards of directors, merged associations, drafted amendments to covenants, and litigated contested covenant enforcement matters. Additionally, she has experience in estate planning, probate, and land use law.           

Amanda graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in political science from DePauw University. She received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Valparaiso University School of Law. She is program chair and a presenter for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF), a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Real Estate and Land Use Section, and is a volunteer for the Hendricks County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), Kids’ Voice of Indiana Bette J. Dick Guardian ad Litem (GAL) program. Amanda was a Super Lawyers - Rising Star in 2014 and 2020 and received the Indianapolis Bar Association Pro Bono Award for Attorney Aiding Individuals in 2013.
