Angela Veda

Angela S. Veda Esq. is an experienced real estate attorney who has focused her 20-year practice on title curative matters, REO closings, and code violation litigation. In her role as Michigan underwriting counsel, Angela provides highly responsive underwriting guidance and support to agents and their customers throughout Michigan.

Angela joined First American Title in 2018 as a senior commercial escrow officer. Her background includes serving as managing attorney of default services for a prestigious Michigan law firm and a minority owner and corporate counsel for a title and settlement services provider serving Michigan and Illinois. She has handled all matters associated with non-performing residential and commercial real estate and has provided clients with the highest level of care and expert legal advice.

Graduating from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in legal studies, Angela earned a Master of Science in administration, cum laude, from Central Michigan University. She received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and graduated third in her class while maintaining a full-time law career. Angela is admitted to practice in Michigan, Illinois, the United States Supreme Court, United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, United States District Court and the Western District of Michigan.
