Bethany L. Flanders, Esq.

Bethany Flanders serves as Division Area Manager and Counsel for the Baltimore Office of the National Commercial Services Division of First American Title Insurance Company. She has been a commercial underwriting counsel at First American for ten years. She works primarily on national complex commercial transactions involving intricate taxing structures as well as review of detailed authority and entity organizations. In addition to handling national and local transactions, Bethany began managing the Baltimore office in 2024.

Bethany previously worked as an attorney for two different law firms in Maryland. She graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
