Britt joined First American in 2019 as an agency technical trainer for the Gulf Coast Region and transitioned to agency representative in 2021. He has provided agent education and training on products, services, and processes designed to improve workflow and office efficiencies. Britt began his industry career as a team leader for a large regional bank in Lafayette, where he assisted in multiple aspects of the banking center’s operations. Then, he accepted a marketing and client relations position for a large title agency where he was involved in new business development, enhancing customer relationships, event coordination, delivering customer-facing presentations, and monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure growth. Britt's background also includes the expansion of a title company into new markets and business-building duties including brand awareness, social media, budget, and goal tracking.

Britt received a Bachelor of Science in psychology with an extended concentration in marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is an active volunteer with The Trevor Project and local charities.
