Britt LeBlanc rejoins First American's Agency Sales team as the new Gulf Coast Regional Sales Executive, bringing 8 years of title industry experience and 5 years with the company.

In his new role, Britt will hold key Agent relationships throughout the Gulf Coast region, with a focus on our new AgentNet Platform and supporting commercial underwriting and our Agent partners in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. A First American technology product subject matter expert, Britt will continue taking our technology solutions to our agents and early technology adopters in LA, MS and AL supporting First American’s go-to market strategy of our new AgentNet platform.

As a technically-proficient title professional, Britt specializes in addressing agents' business needs with First American Agency Technology products. Britt's impressive background includes recognition as part of the 2023 DPK Circle of Excellence and the 2022 Agency LEAD by Example MVP. He is actively involved in multiple trade associations, including the Louisiana Land Title Association, Louisiana Association of Independent Land Tite Agents, Southeast Land Title Association and the American Land Title Association.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Britt demonstrates a commitment to diversity and inclusion as the founder and past chair of the LGBTQplus Employee Resource Group at First American and contributing greatly to First Americans People First Culture. His multifaceted experience and dedication to customer service will undoubtedly contribute to First American's continued success in providing title focused, technology solutions to its agency partners.

Outside of work, Britt likes to spend his time going to all Louisiana’s famous festivals from Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival to New Orleans Jazz Festival. He and his partner, Dakota, spend weeknights and weekends working on renovating their first fixer upper, in Daphne AL, with their dog Jake, and two cats Smokey and Bandit. When not working on the house they travel to new places, and see family and friends whenever possible.
