Carlo Femia

Carlo Femia has over 24 years of title experience and brings a high level of expertise to his role as New York State Manager. He is responsible for strengthening agency relationships and directing and developing goals, objectives and standards for employees throughout the state. Carlo’s leadership and focus on agency initiatives are a tremendous asset to our agents in New York.

Carlo joined First American Title in 1998 as an agency auditor and then became an account executive. He works diligently to provide agents with the products and services needed to be successful. Carlo’s extensive experience and knowledge of the New York market provides a solid foundation enhancing his ability to create a better customer experience for our agents.

A graduate of Dowling College, Carlo received a Bachelor of Science in international business. He is a member of the New York Land Title Association and a three-time recipient of the DPK Circle of Excellence Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the growth of First American Title.
