Chris Hultzman is a seasoned legal and business professional specializing in commercial real estate and title insurance. Currently, he serves as Vice President of Business Development and National Account Manager with First American Title’s National Commercial Services division in Miami, Florida. In this role, he is responsible for originating title insurance business across the United States, working with developers, investors, REITs, lenders, law firms, and capital market sources.

Since joining First American in 2014, Chris has held various leadership positions, and his previous oversight responsibilities spanned the Underwriting and Legal departments, including national commercial underwriting, international underwriting, PropTech underwriting, legal advocacy, mergers and acquisitions, and reinsurance.

Admitted to the practice of law in California, Florida, New Jersey, and New York, Chris received his J.D. from Touro University Law Center, and his B.S. from the University of Miami. He participates in several national industry associations, such as the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Chris has also been a frequent speaker on title insurance and related topics affecting the real estate closing process.
