A knowledgeable title professional with over 11 years of industry experience, Danielle provides highly responsive commercial and residential underwriting guidance and support to agents and employees throughout Kentucky.

Danielle joined First American in 2022 following four years serving as Kentucky State Counsel and agency representative for a privately held underwriter with offices throughout the country. She managed agency relationships in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio and underwrote commercial and residential transactions in those states. Danielle’s background also includes serving as underwriting counsel for a national underwriter, experience handling title claims, and serving as a felony prosecutor in Florida.

Danielle graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and received her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. She is the immediate past president of the Kentucky Land Title Association and is a member of the Kentucky Bar, Florida Bar, and the Louisville Bar Association. Danielle clearly understands the challenges in the ever-changing industry landscape, and her extensive knowledge and industry experience is a valuable asset in providing assistance
