Doug has a wealth of experience and expertise in the title insurance and real estate sectors, with over 16 years of dedication in managing large-scale commercial transactions across all 50 states. His extensive background spans business development, recruiting, claims management, litigation, and compliance. With a legal career spanning over three decades, Doug has held numerous leadership roles and has a proven track record in large-scale real estate development, contract negotiations, land use and environmental law, commercial litigation, and corporate structuring.

Doug is actively engaged in the Northeast Florida Jacksonville community, holding leadership positions with the Urban Land Institute of North Florida. He has also served on the Board of Directors for both the Jacksonville Symphony and the Jacksonville Urban League. Doug holds a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1989.
