I am a native Californian, born and raised in central California. I studied at California State University Bakersfield and graduated in 2002 with a Baccalaureate of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management. While still living in Bakersfield, I was recruited to work in the escrow department at First American Title by a previous colleague in 2005. I dove in head first, found my niche, and was promoted very quickly to escrow officer. I managed a very large volume REO desk up to 2009 when I decided to transfer to the corporate First American Title office located in Santa Ana.
I take much pride in providing a superior level of customer service and line of communication. My area of expertise covers residential resale, residential, commercial, and hard money refinance, construction loan, reverse mortgage, REO, family buy-out transfer, short sale, for sale by owner, and note purchase/trust deed assignment. I service all counties in California.
Knowing you will be taken care of is one of the most powerful messages a service provider can give a customer. I believe a good relationship with your escrow officer means more than just closing your transactions. Good communication, personal service, and attention are keys to a successful closing.
