David serves as Senior Underwriting Counsel for the New Jersey Agency Division of First American Title Insurance Company and has over 13 years of experience in the legal and title insurance industries. Prior to joining First American, David worked as managing attorney of title operations and corporate counsel for a national title insurance company, where he gained a wide-ranging knowledge of all aspects of underwriting, title clearance, and real estate conveyancing for commercial and residential transactions. He utilizes this expertise to provide underwriting guidance, support, and creative solutions to our valued customers.

David graduated magna cum laude from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Arts in government and law. He received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law.

David is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is also a licensed title insurance producer in New Jersey.  David is a member of the New Jersey Land Title Association, where he participates in the Legislative Committee, and the New Jersey Land Title Insurance Rating Bureau, where he participates in the Forms Committee and Rate Committee. In addition, David is an instructor of continuing education courses for attorneys, realtors, and title insurance producers.
