Gene Gurvits, Esq.

Gene is a knowledgeable title professional with over 30 years of industry experience. He is known as a much-admired leader in the real estate and underwriting communities and is consistently relied upon to provide knowledgeable advice and guidance on title matters.

His deep understanding of the complex relationship between government and business has led him to advocate for positive legislative change on matters affecting conveyancers and their clients.

Gene graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and earned his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. Since 1987, Gene has held various positions within the First American Title underwriting department. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, Co-chair of Title Insurance and National Affairs section of REBA, and member of the REBA Title Standards Committee.
