Jamie M. Burt

Single point of contact.

Jamie M. Burt serves the Michigan office of National Commercial Services Division as the manager and underwriter to provide a single point of contact for national, international, and local real estate title insurance needs.

A 20-year veteran of the title insurance industry, Jamie joined First American in 1998 as a claims coordinator.  Today he is responsible for planning and overseeing the operational management of several offices in the Midwest.

Currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); the Michigan Land Title Association (MLTA); and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).  In addition to his extensive industry experience and expertise, he holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University.
