He is focused on enhancing relationships and providing agents with the tools and services necessary for growth and continued success.
John most recently served as a Senior Account Executive for our National Agency Division and has held the position of Florida Agency Sales Manager. His background includes experience with several underwriters, First American Mortgage Services, and working for financial technology companies that developed innovative, industry-changing solutions. His experience in process improvement and systems analysis supports his consultative approach to the daily activities and best practices of our national agents. He has a demonstrated strength for connecting solutions to agent’s needs and is committed to delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
A graduate of Biola University, John holds a Bachelor of Science in physiology and received his Project Management Professional certification in 2012 from the Project Management Institute. He is a 2016 and 2017 recipient of the First American DPK Circle of Excellence Award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the Company.
