She was a member of a prestigious law firm where she advised and represented regional banks on commercial and residential real estate closings. Jennifer has experience in conducting closings, issuing title insurance policies as a licensed issuing agent, handling foreclosure matters, and preparing and reviewing real estate documents related to land acquisition and divestiture. Jennifer uses her expertise, knowledge, and problem-solving ability to resolve legal or underwriting issues presented by our Pennsylvania agents

Jennifer graduated, summa cum laude, from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of humanities and social sciences and received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, is a Licensed Title Agent and a Notary Republic for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Jennifer is a member of the Pittsburgh chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
