Jackie has been with First American Title’s NCS Division for 15 years, first joining its Florida NCS operation before moving back home in 2010 to manage the Boston NCS office. After years as a transactional underwriter and operations manager, she now manages a growing Boston team. That team includes sales, underwriting, title production and escrow settlement services, all focused on providing their national clients with an outstanding closing experience.  

Jackie is active in CREW Boston, serving most recently as the President of CREW Boston’s Education Foundation, is a member of the CREW Network and REFA.  She earned her B.A. in English Literature from George Mason University and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
