Jon Uhlir
As a Relationship Manager and service provider, I strive to make each transaction a positive experience. I view my role as a project manager, working together with my Title and Escrow Officers to proactively anticipate and address potential issues before they become problems. My clients know they can contact me any time with questions or concerns, and I will do my best to assist. I find tremendous personal satisfaction in helping clients successfully close their real estate transactions and achieve their goals.
Jon Uhlir joined First American Title in 2005 and serves as a Sales & Relationship Manager for the National Commercial Services division. Jon leads a team of 8 professionals providing title insurance and closing services for commercial real estate transactions. Since joining First American, Jon and his team have closed over 4,000 commercial transactions across the country. He is consistently a top producer in the commercial division and received the DPK Circle of Excellence Award in 2013, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Prior to joining First American, Jon was involved in commercial real estate transactions for 20 years as an in-house corporate real estate executive and as a service provider. Prior employers include Trammell Crow Company, Carter & Associates, AFC Enterprises and YUM Brands. Jon’s transaction experience includes site acquisitions & dispositions, office leasing & subleasing, and strategic portfolio management for major corporations.
Jon is on the Board of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC) and is an active member of Real Estate Group of Atlanta (REGA), where he served as President. A licensed salesperson in the State of Georgia, Jon earned a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation as well as a Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation. He is a graduate of Auburn University, where he received his B.S. in Finance, and DePaul University, where he received an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance. In his spare time, Jon enjoys cycling, boating, fishing, golf and snow skiing.
