Karen began her career in the title industry as an office assistant and has held positions of increasing responsibilities including escrow officer, title examiner, and office manager. She is a skilled closer, proficient in commitment and policy preparation, and has ten years of experience with quarterly and annual reporting to the Texas Department of Insurance. Karen’s background also includes serving as an Agent Advocate for a Texas title company. In this role, she assessed agent’s needs and developed, presented and implemented plans to grow revenue and increase profitability. Karen is a skilled communicator and has a proven track record of utilizing her transactional knowledge and technical expertise to assist agents in optimizing productivity and efficiency.

Karen is a member of the Texas Land Title Association and serves on the regulatory committee. She is active in the community and proud to be a team mom for Redwater High School Lady Dragon Basketball Team and other sports teams for the past 15 years.
