Kathleen Hetrick

I am a Commercial Underwriting Associate for the Indianapolis NCS office and I bring you my 5 years of experience in the industry.

I joined First American Title in January of 2014 as Underwriting Associate.  I bring 5 years of experience in foreclosure litigation.  My responsibilities include preparing construction draws, underwriting title files, endorsements, reviewing surveys,  addressing title issues and creating proforma policies.  While I am new to the title industry, I am enthusiastic about joining the team and I look forward to continuing to grow and learn about this exciting industry.

I graduated from Ball State University with my bachelor's degree in English literature in May of 2002. I then went on to graduate from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis with my J.D. in May of 2005.

When I am not helping my First American customers, I enjoy traveling with my husband.  I am also an avid reader. Other than that, I enjoy relaxing with my three four-legged children!
