Kirk Strandjord

Having spent over four years counseling commercial real estate brokers, corporate counsel, and real estate attorneys through a variety of challenging projects, I empathize with the needs of my clients and attempt to anticipate their needs when crafting unique solutions.

Upon graduating from the Washington University School of Law in 2013, I began my career in the commercial real estate industry as a corporate transactions attorney in the Puget Sound area. I opened my own law office and counseled healthcare organizations and developers in the leasing of facilities and purchase of commercial properties. I now have the privilege of working with First American Title’s National Commercial Services team, providing underwriting support for transactions across the country.

I received bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Washington in 2010. I later received my Juris Doctorate from the Washington University School of Law, St. Louis in 2013. I am a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
