Laurie Emenecker
A knowledgeable and customer-focused professional with over 35 years of title industry experience, Laurie is responsible for developing and implementing training programs and initiatives for both agents and employees. In addition, in her role as the regional director of education, she delivers training solutions that solve a range of business issues, develops employees' skills to promote efficiency, and uses her expertise and unique knowledge to assist agents in gaining a competitive advantage.
Laurie’s background includes serving as assistant vice-president for leading, high-volume title companies providing buyers, sellers, real estate professionals, and attorneys with title insurance and closing services. In this role, she created and managed training programs for new and existing staff, strategized, planned, and implemented new processes to increase productivity and efficiency, and developed training materials for CE/CLE courses. She also has 23 years of hands-on experience as an escrow and settlement officer processing large volumes of REO closings, and managing and coordinating the closing process for commercial, residential, new construction and 1031 Exchanges closings.
Laurie received an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Camden County College. She holds a Title Producers License in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a Notary Public.
