Lori Bullard provides underwriting guidance and support to our agency and direct underwriting teams in Alaska and Washington. She has over 25 years of title industry experience with a diverse background, including management, title operations, sales, and oversight of the title and production departments. Her responsibilities included day-to-day operations, providing customers with current information on their transactions, clearing title for the final policy, determining insurability, title underwriting, and strengthening relationships with real estate agents and trade associations.

Lori clearly understands the challenges in the ever-changing industry landscape, and her extensive knowledge and industry experience are valuable assets in providing assistance. Regardless of the complexity of the transaction, she has the knowledge, industry experience, and positive, helpful approach to offering assistance.

Lori is a member of the Washington Land Title Association, the American Land Title Association and holds Washington Title Professional and National Title Professional designations. In addition, she is a Washington certified clock hour class instructor and is dedicated to providing continuing education on current topics affecting the industry.
