A knowledgeable and customer-focused title professional, Lori has over 32 years of experience in the industry, joining the First American New England Region in 1992. Leading the Agency teams of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, she works to understand your business, and as a valued business partner, you can count on her to provide you with the highest level of personalized customer service.

Lori has earned numerous awards in her career with First American, most notably the Donald P. Kennedy Award for Distinctive Leadership, the Champion of Technology Award and the Commitment to Excellence Award. These awards recognize her strength in leadership, understanding of technology, and dedication to exceptional customer service. Lori is unwavering in her desire to learn new products and services, knowledge she willingly shares with employees and customers. 

Lori graduated from the University of Southern Maine with an Associate of Science in business administration. She is a member of the Maine Association of Mortgage Professionals, Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association of New Hampshire, Maine Real Estate and Development Association, New England Land Title Association and American Land Title Association. She has also served as a mentor for American Corporate Partners, working with veterans transitioning into the civilian workforce, and been an active participant in building Habitat for Humanity homes in New England and is committed to organizing food drives throughout the region to benefit those in need.
