Leslie Shellman is a technology-proficient title professional with a proven ability to assist agents in improving efficiencies and achieving their customer-focused business objectives. Leslie began her industry career working for an attorney in Texas who simultaneously was creating a startup company designed to coordinate closings for relocation clients across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. She was responsible for writing the operational procedures and building the vendor list of First American offices across the globe. The company was acquired by First American in 2000. Her background also includes working with First American’s Settlement Management Solutions (SMS), a leader in title and loan-closing software, to build a client portal and integrations to receive orders. In 2012, Leslie joined local operations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and served as a branch manager and operations administrator. She joined the Direct Division Training and Support Team in 2014 and delivered live training to FAST and Ignite users, provided acquisition support, facilitated webinars and served as team lead for lender integrations.
A graduate of the University of Memphis, Leslie received a Bachelor in Business Administration with concentrations in real estate and insurance. Throughout her career, Leslie embraced educational opportunities and earned numerous real estate, relocation, and escrow licenses or certifications, which kept her up-to-date with what her customers were facing so she could effectively deliver client solutions.
