Mary Kate Brandon

A knowledgeable title professional with 21 years of experience, Mary Kate leads the Tennessee Underwriting team in providing agents with highly responsive underwriting assistance for commercial and residential transactions.

Mary Kate has been a member of the First American family since 2015. Her background includes serving as an attorney for local Tennessee title companies for over 10 years, agency senior underwriter for residential and commercial transactions in Tennessee, underwriting counsel for National Commercial Services and counsel for a real estate franchise brokerage company. She developed customized training for title agents, presented Continuing Education and Continuing Legal Education classes, in-office training for title agents and was instrumental in the development and training for the Underwriting Workbench.

A graduate of The University of Alabama, Mary Kate received a Bachelor of Science in environmental science and business management. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law.
