Matt is an experienced real estate attorney and provides highly responsive underwriting guidance and support to agents, as well as their customers. He has successfully represented clients in complex litigation and real estate transactions in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Prior to joining the Massachusetts Underwriting team, Matt represented banks and lenders in real estate conveyances and landlord-tenant litigation for over ten years. His background also includes experience in residential property law, title examination, title commitments, and condominium and title litigation.

Matt graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice and received his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire along with being licensed in the Federal Courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
