Palma Collins

Palma Collins joined First American Title in 1994 and serves as Vice President, Senior South Atlantic Regional Counsel. Her responsibilities include the setting of policies and procedures for First American Title legal staff and supervision of underwriting counsel in six South Atlantic States. Ms. Collins’ background also includes experience in resolving Virginia claim matters, and she currently oversees high liability commercial transactions and indemnification matters.

Prior to joining First American Title, Ms. Collins had a successful private practice concentrating in real estate law, bankruptcy law and estate planning. 

Ms. Collins graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in industrial and labor relations and received her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law. She is involved with the Virginia Land Title Association and is a member of the Virginia State Bar.
