Paul leads the Eagle Edge training program designed to develop agency leaders and their teams. His expertise covers settlement, escrow, and underwriting areas ranging from residential, commercial, and industrial, to multi-site and multi-state transactions.

Paul has over 34 years of experience in the title insurance and legal industries including serving as counsel in the private practice of law as well as representing a large regional title insurance agency and several national title insurance companies. Over his career, he has served as general counsel, claims counsel, and managed title production and settlement offices. 

Paul has served as President of the American Corporate Counsel Association-Central Ohio Chapter, Advisory Board Member for the Paralegal Program at Capital University Law School, Board Member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP)- Central Ohio Chapter, and Adjunct Professor at The New Center for Professional Development at Capital University.

He is a current or past member of the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA), Ohio Land Title Association (OLTA), Central Ohio Land Title Association, Columbus Cincinnati and Cleveland Bar Associations, Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors (CCIIR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in molecular biology from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School.
